We started RENation because that missing chapter is the one people actually carry.
Why it matters
Business dips are common. Talking about them honestly isn’t. Most founders go through theirs alone, assuming everyone else’s business only ever goes up. RENation exists so no one has to believe that lie.

Founder, RENation — A Nation of Entrepreneurs
I have spent thirty years building businesses and working with entrepreneurs. Along the way, I have come to appreciate something that deserves far more recognition: entrepreneurs are building Canada every day.
They are opening businesses, creating jobs, developing products, serving customers, solving problems and creating opportunities for other people. They take risks, make difficult decisions and keep going when success is far from guaranteed.
I believe these entrepreneurs are among Canada’s important role models—not because every business succeeds, but because they demonstrate initiative, responsibility, resilience and the willingness to build something that others can benefit from.
My goal is to bring entrepreneurs together, make their contributions visible and help them recognize one another. I want to create a place where a business owner in one community can discover an entrepreneur in another, where businesses can find opportunities to work together, and where Canadians can see the people who help build our country every day.
For me, giving back to Canada means doing more than celebrating my own journey. It means putting the spotlight on the people who are building the next chapter of Canada’s story.
Entrepreneurs are building Canada every day. RENation exists to make sure we see them, recognize them and help them build together.
